Scanner And Reporter Of Target-Unrelated Peptides (SAROTUP) is a suite of tools that can be used to scan, report and exclude possible target-unrelated peptides (TUPs) from biopanning results. 

PepBank- Peptide Database

PepBank is a database of peptides based on sequence text mining and public peptide data sources. Only peptides that are 20 amino acids or shorter are stored.

PepDraw

PepDraw is a tool to draw peptide primary structure and calculate physiochemical properties including isoelectric point (pI), net charge, hydrophobicity, and extinction coefficient.

PepCalc

PepCalc is used to calculate the molecular weight, extinction coefficient, net charge, isoelectric point (pI), and water solubility of peptides with custom modifications at the N- and C-termini.
