This 0.1% bovine serum albumin (BSA), 0.1 M HCL elution buffer (pH 2.2 adjusted with glycine) is the standard used in micropanning experiments. The elution buffer is versatile and can also be used in in vitro and in situ biopanning (affinity selection) experiments, phage screening, etc.

Reagents

- 0.1 g BSA

- 0.1 M HCl pH 2.2 adjusted with glycine

Protocol

- Dissolve 0.1 g BSA in 100 mL 0.1 M HCl (pH should be adjusted with glycine to 2.2).

- Filter sterilize and store at room temperature.
