Shipping Policy

Physical products (phage display libraries and reagents) are shipped on dry ice via overnight courier. International shipments are subject to applicable customs regulations and import requirements.

Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the biological nature of our products, returns are not accepted once a product has been shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
