TBS Gelatin (100 mL)
TBS gelatin is the routine diluent used in phage-related protocols particularly when titering transducing units (TU) and in micropanning assays.
Reagents
- 0.1 g Gelatin
Protocol
- Dissolve 0.1 g gelatin in 100 mL TBS.
- Autoclave and gently swirl to mix in the melted gelatin. Store at room temperature.
